Welcome to the Abiwin Co-op

ABIWIN is a non-profit housing co-operative in the heart of downtown Ottawa, Canada's capital city. We are located on Somerset St. West between Metcalfe and O'Connor. Our unique housing co-operative consists of four renovated heritage buildings, three infill apartment buildings and a six-storey mid-rise building. We have 90 units, varying from one to four bedrooms, with 14 wheelchair accessible units. Abiwin is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, government buildings, the canal, the National Arts Centre, the University of Ottawa, the YMCA, Jack Purcell Recreation Centre and the Byward Market. Our units are well maintained and in excellent condition.
